We strive to produce and ship orders as quickly as possible. Because of this and every puzzle being a unique product, the ability to cancel orders is very limited.
If you created an account and were signed in when you placed your order, you have 1 hour after submitting your order to cancel it. After that, your order is moved into production and can no longer be canceled.
If you checked out as a guest or were not signed in to your account when you placed your order, it has moved immediately into production and cannot be canceled.
