Can I reorder a puzzle?Updated 2 months ago

It depends! If you ordered after October 15, 2025 and were logged into your account at the time, then you can reorder. Simply log in to access your account, select Orders, then click the Reorder button next to the puzzle you'd like to purchase again. You'll be able to confirm details before finalizing your purchase. Please note you can only reorder the same number of pieces that you previously ordered. If you'd like a puzzle of a different size, you'll need to create a new puzzle. You can also only reorder puzzles created in the last 2 years.

If you did not create an account or ordered prior to October 15, 2025, please reach out to customer service. Puzzles created more than 2 years ago cannot be reordered.
