How do I reorder a puzzle?Updated 2 months ago

Puzzles ordered after October 15, 2025 that were placed while you were logged into your account can be reordered with ease! Simply log in to access your account, select Orders, then click the Reorder button next to the puzzle you'd like to purchase again. You can reorder any puzzle you created in the last 2 years. You'll be able to confirm details before finalizing your purchase.

For orders prior to this date, please reach out to customer service.

Orders created more than 2 years ago cannot be reordered.
