Not every photo will fit perfectly on a puzzle or template. Make sure the most important parts of your photo(s) appear the way you want on your new puzzle by using the instructions below! We've included both video and written instructions for mobile (phone) and computer (desktop, laptop, most tablets). Each is a little different, so make sure you watch and/or read the instructions for your device.

Mobile (phone) instructions:

Written instructions:

1. Once the photo you would like to adjust has been uploaded and added to your template, start by tapping on the image within your puzzle design so that 3 buttons appear. (Note: If you have multiple photos, you'll need to repeat these steps for each photo you'd like to adjust.)
2. Select the crop icon by tapping the icon that looks like the one below:
   A new window will open. This window displays your photo with a frame that shows the part of your photo that will be shown on your puzzle design.
3. Next, you can use the slider to zoom in and out and adjust the part of your photo that's shown. To center the most important elements of your image, you can also tap and drag the frame to move it to the part of the photo you want shown.
4. When you are finished adjusting your image, simply select 'Apply' to save your changes or select 'Cancel' to discard them.

Follow these same instructions to adjust and crop multiple photos in a collage!

Computer (desktop, laptop, tablet) instructions:

Written instructions:

1. Once the photo you would like to adjust has been uploaded and added to your template, start by clicking on the photo in your puzzle design so that 2 buttons appear.
2. Select the crop icon by clicking the icon that looks like the one below:
   
   A new window will open. This window displays your photo with a frame that shows the part of your photo that will be shown on your puzzle design.
