My puzzle is missing pieces - what should I do?Updated 2 months ago
We know how frustrating it is when a puzzle is missing pieces! While we do our best to ensure every puzzle arrives with every piece, occasionally a puzzle will arrive missing pieces.
Before reaching out to customer service, we ask that you please complete the puzzle. Typically missing pieces will show up when completing the puzzle. If yours doesn't, we'll make it right. We'll need a photo of the finished puzzle as well as some other basic information to help you. We cannot accept an individual counting the number of pieces as proof that pieces are missing.
