Yes! Once a shipping label has been created, we'll email you the tracking number of your order. You can use this tracking number to see the current status of your order on the UPS website. Please note tracking information can take some time to update. Our customer service team sees the same details that you do on the UPS website.
Please also note that packages may be marked as delivered up to 24 hours before delivery has actually occurred. If your package has been marked as delivered but you cannot find it, please wait an additional day before contacting our customer service. If your order is still missing 24 hours after being marked as delivered, then we can work with you and UPS to either locate your order or re-ship your order.
