Can I get a refund if I do not like my photo puzzle?Updated 2 months ago
Unfortunately, since each puzzle we produce is a custom product, we cannot offer a refund simply because a customer doesn't like it. We will, however, always work with you if your puzzle arrives damaged, missing pieces, or with any other error that's our fault! We recommend choosing and uploading the highest quality images possible when creating your custom puzzle. You can always contact our customer service team if you have any questions before placing your order!
