Sometimes, an order will be marked as delivered up to 24 hours before UPS actually drops off the package. If your order has been marked delivered, but you can't find it, please wait 24 hours before contacting us.

If you still can't find your order after 24 hours, please contact us with your order number. We'll investigate the matter further and process a replacement if needed.
