When you're ready, you can either have the puzzle shipped to yourself or you can choose to have it shipped directly to the recipient by entering their information as the Shipping Address during checkout. If you're having your puzzle shipped directly to the recipient, we recommend tracking your order so you can make sure the recipient receives it. You'll also want to make sure to tell them that their new puzzle gift came from you!

We do not send physical invoices or receipts. We also cannot send gift notes at this time. Our puzzles are shipped in a box specially designed to ensure they arrive undamaged. While this box does have our logo on it, the gift inside will still be a surprise to your recipient!
