Which photo file formats can be used?
We only process JPG (ending in .jpg or .jpeg) and PNG (ending in .png) files. Many digital cameras and phones automatically take pictures in JPG format, but we suggest checking settings or file details to ensure your photo or photos are compatible.
What is the recommended image resolution?
The higher the resolution, the better the quality of your printed photo puzzle. The final product clarity depends on the resolution of the original photo, as well as the number of pieces chosen. Please see image minimum sizes below (and note that the
What is the maximum file size I can upload?
The maximum file size for each puzzle is 80 MB. For example, you may upload one photo that is 80 MB or two photos that are each 40 MB - the total for all photos used should not exceed 80 MB. *Please check your total size before creating your puzzle.
Which picture color mode is required?
