Can I place a bulk order?

Yes! For quantities of 50 puzzles or more, please contact customer service. To qualify for bulk ordering, puzzles must be the same size, use the same image, and be shipping to the same destination. Currently, we do not support removing or replacing o

Can I reorder a puzzle?

It depends! If you ordered after October 15, 2025 and were logged into your account at the time, then you can reorder. Simply log in to access your account, select Orders, then click the Reorder button next to the puzzle you'd like to purchase again.

I'm an artist. Can I sell your puzzles with my art?

Yes, you can! You may create a puzzle with any image that you own the rights to. The easiest and most cost-effective way of doing this is to figure out how many puzzles you need, then place an order for them all at once. For quantities of 50 or more

For media requests and any inquiries related to collaborations, partnerships, or sponsorships, please reach out to our Customer Service using our contact form. Include as many details as possible, and we'll get your request to the right person!
